RAW MATERIALS

A seperate department continuously keep in touvh with international markets tohave comprehensive picture of basic
raw materials (scrap,Billets and Chemicals). Once the demand is raised, inquiries from diffrent companies in both local and international market are collected for the most competitive rates for the purchase of products.
After the delivery of material it is analyzed in a
laboratory for a set standard of quality after which it is approved for consumption.

INDUCTION FURNACE

Induction Furnace is used for refining of liquid steel to produce high quality structrual / alloy steel.LRF reduces the dissolved gas content and helps in the better recovery of Ferro-alloys.

CONTINUOUS CAST

Continuous Casting is the process whereby molten steel is solidified into a “ semifinished ” billet,bloom or slab for subsequent rolling in the finishing mills. Continuous casting’’ has evolved to achieve improved yield, quality,productivity and cost efficiency. Steel from the electirc or basic oxygen furnace is tapped into a ladle and taken to the continuous cating machine. It allows lower-cost production of metal sections with better quality,due to the inherently lower costs of continuous,standardised production of a product,as well as providing increased control over the process through automation.This process is used most frequently to cast steel (in terms of tonnage cast).

ROLLING MILLS

The Fully automatic Rolling mills with auto controlled reheating furnace has capacity to roll steel bar from 10mm-90mm,flatbars from 40mm-100mm width and 6mm-50mm thikness. AA Steel Group produce diffrent industrial sections according to international standards.

COOLING BED

Cooling bed is an important equipment in the field of steel rolling. It used to receiving, transmissing and cooling the rolled piece. After sizing or reducing, the temperature of pipe is generally above 700 °C. It must be cooled to below 150 °C for subsequent finishing process. The pipe cooling is usually carried out on cooling bed. Main parts Cooling bed include mechanical drive system, water cooling system,work surface and fixed support and so on.
