Our Process
At AF Steel, the steel-making process begins with carefully sourced raw materials that are refined in induction furnaces to produce high-quality structural and alloy steel. The molten steel is then solidified through continuous casting into billets and blooms for rolling. Using fully automated rolling mills, we manufacture a wide range of steel sections to international standards. The products are cooled on advanced cooling beds to maintain strength and precision, followed by rigorous testing in our state-of-the-art laboratories to ensure top quality and reliability.
